Adorevintage, those pics are great!

Other than those, I would say look through Molly's books and see if you can find any inspiration there.

http://www.angelfire.com/mi/FAST/dresses.html lists some really great ideas for almost all the dolls IMO, if you want outfits from the books. Adorevintage's pictures are wonderful too (for both inspiration, and just looking at ).

Adorevintage, you are now my hero! This is such a big help. Yesterday I didn't really know of a source outside my 4 patterns and the AG magazine, but now I have all sorts of stuff that I can do! I can't wait to get started!

Adorevintage, love all the photos of dress styles that you posted for Molly.
What a pretty variety.
Thanks!

Believe it or not, Molly wore more than red, white, and blue! She has a really neat purple dress in one of the books. I was originally going to try and make a lot of the extra dresses, but so far that's the only one I've made. Here's a list of where you can find some of the outfits AG never made for (Molly):

Oops I just noticed Kenshinchan already posted it.

If anyone makes more of the dresses listed on that page, please send me photos (and your name, for credit)--I'd be so happy to be able to picture more of them.

Thank you for posting the pictures and the links. I'm always looking for ideas for sewing for my daughter's dolls.

One source for inspiration is eBay's vintage pattern auctions. A lot of girls' patterns from the 1940s show up there. Based on the designs, one could draft up a pattern using Dollwear's tools.
